Celebrating the Graduates of DigiStar 3.0 and the exciting launch of DigiStar 4.0! An inspiring milestone for IndiGo’s digital leadership development program.   DigiStar, our flagship 12‑month development journey, continues to shape the next generation of digital leaders. Throughout the year, participants engaged in immersive leadership and behavioural development, senior‑leader mentorship, and capstone projects.   The journey culminated in a memorable graduation featuring a thought‑provoking fireside chat with Mr. Neetan Chopra CD&IO, Mr. Sukhjit S Pasricha, Group CHRO, and Ms. Summi Sharma, SVP – Customer Experience & ifly. Their insights on leadership, growth, and digital transformation truly galvanised the room.   A symbolic passing of the baton marked the transition from DigiStar 3.0 to DigiStar 4.0 - honouring the achievements of the graduates while welcoming the next cohort with renewed purpose and enthusiasm. Graduates were celebrated with accolades and recognition for their exceptional dedication. In collaboration with the Embassy of Greece, we commemorated the launch of our new direct flights to Athens from #Delhi and #Mumbai, operated on India’s first Airbus A321XLR. The occasion was graced by the presence of H.E.
