A Leadership team recently shared something interesting. Their transformation plan was clear. Their strategy was well thought through. Their intent was strong. Yet progress felt slower than expected. When we looked closer, three patterns emerged: • Teams were seeking clarity that hadn’t been fully surfaced yet • Culture was defined, but not consistently visible in day-to-day decisions • Leadership intent was strong, and teams were ready to experience it more consistently.
