India AI Impact Summit 2026 was a definitive "I was there" moment for the Indian tech ecosystem and one thing is clear, we’ve officially moved from 'What if' to 'What’s next.' The Big 4 and tech majors are no longer just advising on digital transformation; they are building the industry and sector "agentic layers" for the world. Highlighting EY's "Four Futures of AI" focusing on BFSI, Supply chain, Autonomous Robots and Enterprise Scaling. The 450+ startup pods at the IndiaAI pavilion signaled a massive pivot from simple consumer "wrappers" to deep-tech solutions for education, agriculture and manufacturing. GradeLab: Highlighting the gap between Handwritten Assessments and AI Analytics. Embedr: A smart assistant for people who build gadgets, robots with tiny computers (like Arduino or ESP32 boards). Zepto and Swiggy effectively turned the summit into a live laboratory by running on-site dark stores and "zero-queue" kiosks that fulfilled 1,700+ orders a day in under five minutes. Achieving this scale at the AI Impact Summit by using AI‑driven demand prediction & real‑time inventory optimization. Apart from the exhibitions, the live sessions happening every hour almost daily during the week kept us on our toes. The knowledge sharing on the enterprise and industry impact of AI was overflowing during the week. It’s an incredible time to be part of this builder culture.
