Nearly a decade ago, Sharad Todkar was on the ground in Mumbai, working closely with customers and technical teams to keep networks running smoothly. Those early experiences became the foundation of his telecom journey. In 2016, he joined as a Customer Complaint Engineer, a role that demanded problem-solving, coordination, and responsiveness every single day. Over the years, Sharad grew within the organization, taking on roles as Project Coordinator, Project Lead, Project Manager, and now Circle Delivery Head – Maharashtra. Each step strengthened his operational expertise and leadership capability. One of the defining moments in his journey was contributing to a large-scale telecom rollout that achieved one of the highest New Tower deployment records, including 311 sites in a single month. A milestone that reflects the scale and execution excellence of Bluspring’s telecom operations. Today, he leads teams that keep communities and businesses connected across the region.Sharad’s journey is a reminder that while technology powers connectivity, it is people who drive progress. In India, around 13–14 million people require palliative and end-of-life care, yet less than 5% receive it. Bridging this gap takes more than intent.
