Fitness At Work!! 🚶♀️
At AIMS, we recently wrapped up a month-long fitness challenge, and it turned out to be such a fun and refreshing experience for everyone. The idea was simple: give employees a little time for themselves, help reduce work stress, and encourage healthier habits.
We divided everyone into five teams, and the challenge was to walk. Just walk and record your daily steps. We closely tracked everyone’s step count every day, and the totals kept adding up. In the end, the team with the highest overall steps took the win!
Slowly, we all started noticing small changes, fewer inches on the waist, better food choices, and that nice feeling you get when you start doing something good for yourself.
Like they say, once you start, you really understand the value of it.
After a month of consistency, we finally had our winning team! They were rewarded with a healthy hamper filled with tasty, wholesome snacks, millets, ragi bites, roasted chana and more.
At AIMS, while we focus on building a healthy work environment, we also believe in promoting individual wellbeing and stress-buster activities along the way.
