He brings valuable experience from his previous roles at Bain & Company, where he led growth and portfolio strategy projects across IT services, renewables, and pharmaceutical industries, and McKinsey & Company, where he served as a Senior Analyst in McKinsey Digital. At McKinsey, he delivered expert support to global digital projects, and was the lead analyst on digital business building practice in Asia, as well as led knowledge development initiatives in India and Southeast Asia. In his new role, Shirish will lead the research efforts to establish high-impact companies in India and the MENA region.
