Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהSomehow, thanks to uniform protocols, we ended up with a world where your AI systems might be portable. 🌍? One of the most exciting shifts in the AI landscape is the move toward portability. OpenAI is now supporting the "skills protocol"—a standard that users have already come to appreciate in systems like Claude and Kimi. For organizations and clients deeply embedded in the OpenAI ecosystem, this is a game-changer. By using uniform protocols, we are seeing: Reduced vendor lock-in: Move your builds across different ecosystems more easily. Increased competition: Forcing models to stay sharp and accessible. Robust system building: Empowering you to build tools that work everywhere, not just in one silo. Important to note: The Skills API is often misunderstood and should be used in certain scenarios. It's just another example of a uniform protocol that helps us build for the future rather than a single platform. How much does cross-platform interoperability factor into your current AI roadmap? Let’s discuss in the comments. 👇 #AI #OpenAI #LLM #TechStrategy #Interoperability

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהZero lines of code. 100% playable. The gap between "open-weight" and "proprietary" is closing faster than we think. I recently put a single NVIDIA DGX Spark to the test to see how an open-weight language model would handle game development from scratch. The result? This fully functional game, generated without me having to write a single line of code. The efficiency of these models on high-end hardware is often underestimated. We are entering an era where the hardware's power, combined with open-weight flexibility, democratizes complex software creation. Are you still relying solely on proprietary models for your development workflows, or have you started integrating open-weight alternatives? #OpenSourceAI #NVIDIA #DGXSpark #LLM #SoftwareDevelopment #GenerativeAI

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהWhy most corporate "innovation days" fail (and how to fix it). The era of "vibe coding" isn't just for software engineers—it’s a massive opportunity for organizational leaders to bridge the gap between business problems and instant solutions. In this video, I break down why you should stop talking about AI and start organizing Internal Hackathons. The Strategy: Tool Up: Invest in subscriptions for your team (Claude Code, Antigravity, or Codex). Identify: Group your people and point them at real, day-to-day business friction. Execute: Let "vibe coding" turn those problems into working solutions in hours, not months. This is easily one of the best investments you can make for your team’s productivity this year. Have you ever run an internal hackathon? What was the biggest "win" that came out of it? #VibeCoding #GenerativeAI #CorporateInnovation #SmartplanAI #FutureOfWork

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהOpenClaw (aka Multbot or Clawdbot) is not ready for business use. It isn't secure by design. But if you aren't watching how people use it, you're missing a massive market shift. While the tool itself isn't a robust enterprise solution yet, the way early adopters are "stress-testing" it reveals exactly what the next generation of clients will demand: * Autonomous Intent: People are moving past simple chatbots; they are ready for fully autonomous agents. * Hyper-Personalized Workflows: There is a deep hunger for automated briefings, presentations, and data aggregations. * The "AI Workstation" Trend: We are seeing the Mac Mini emerge as a popular on-premise runtime for these agents—allowing them to run continuously without occupying primary workspace. We’re seeing a clear trend toward hardware-software hybrids for "always-on" AI. Is your team looking at on-premise AI hubs, or are you staying strictly cloud-based? Let's discuss in the comments. #AI #AutonomousAgents #OpenClaw #TechTrends2026 #BusinessAutomation

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהAI agents are getting more powerful—but are they getting safer? Right now, we are seeing a massive spread of agentic tools like Claude-Code and MultiBot. While exciting, these tools introduce new vulnerabilities that every software leader and developer needs to understand. In this video, I break down Simon Willison’s "Lethal Trifecta"—the three specific components that, when combined, make an AI agent insecure: * Access to Private Data: Agents handling your sensitive files, emails, or databases. * Exposure to Untrusted Content: When an agent is nudged by malicious instructions within the data it processes. * Ability to Communicate Externally: The power for an agent to send that private data elsewhere. The goal isn't to avoid these features entirely—it’s to manage them. Understanding how to be deliberate about these exposures is the only way to build safer agentic workflows. How are you managing AI agent permissions in your workplace? Let’s discuss below. 👇 #AIAgents #CyberSecurity #LethalTrifecta #SoftwareDevelopment #AI

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהIs the era of "quick chat" AI is ending? With the launch of Claude Co-Work, we are seeing a massive shift as "agentic tasks" finally enter the business community. But unlike standard chat interactions, these workflows are "long in nature". They may break if you don't have the right structure. If you are trying to leverage complex automations, you need to revisit your prompt engineering. In this video, I discuss why we need to rely on "best practices derived from research and application" rather than just guessing. Takeaways: Context matters: Agentic workflows require a different approach than simple queries. Look at the data: The best strategies come from studying research papers and testing them. P.S. We teach these specific research-backed methods in our courses. Course Link 👉 https://lnkd.in/d4fQtdyi

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהNo GPU? No problem. The "free vibe coding glitch" just went hardware-agnostic. ☁️ In my last video, we ran agentic coding workflows locally. But many of you asked: "What if I don't have a rig with 24GB of VRAM?" The answer is the new Ollama Cloud integration. You can now pipe powerful, hosted models like GLM-4.7 or Qwen3 Coder directly into tools like Claude Code—bypassing the need for expensive local hardware while keeping the "vibe coding" workflow completely free. In this breakdown, I show you: The Setup: How to configure a free Ollama Cloud account and prep your context window (64k is the sweet spot). The Switch: Swapping local models for glm-4.7:cloud using the simple ollama run command. The Bridge: Setting your ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to localhost to trick Claude Code into using your free cloud model. It’s the same powerful agentic AI, just unchained from your hardware limits. Are you running these agents on your own metal or offloading to the cloud? Let me know below. 👇 #VibeCoding #Ollama #CloudComputing #AgenticAI #GLM4 #DevTools #Coding

Ronnie Sheer שיתף את זהThe "free vibe coding glitch" is real, and it changes how we look at local development. 🤯 We usually assume powerful agentic coding requires expensive API credits or cloud subscriptions. But with the latest updates to Ollama and Claude Code, you can now run sophisticated coding agents entirely on your own hardware—for zero cost. In this video, I break down the exact setup: The Bridge: How Ollama’s new Messages API support unlocks tools like Claude Code. The Engine: Why I’m using qwen-coder:30b (or Devstral2) as the local driver. The Result: Watch me generate a full website in a single index.html file without touching the cloud. Local open-source models are finally powerful enough to drive agentic workflows. Are you running your coding agents locally or still relying on the cloud? Let’s discuss in the comments. 👇 #GenerativeAI #LocalLLM #Ollama #Coding #OpenSource #VibeCoding

Ronnie Sheer הגיבו על זהRonnie Sheer הגיבו על זהNot work related -- but I've set some random goals for 2026. One of them was to walk A LOT. It started this past winter as a way to get outside even when it was FRIGID. It started simple: if I could walk home, no matter where I ended up, I did. 4 miles, turned into 10, turned into 15, and this weekend I achieved my goal of walking 24 miles in a day. I walked across 6 New York bridges (and have been dubbed "bridge girl" at the office lol). I didn't have any deep epiphanies, but it's a perfect way to see the city and just slow down. I documented the walk 😅 I'm cringing at my video, but I'm proud of the achievement💅 Hope everyone stayed sane this winter!

Developers don’t spend their days just writing code. According to Zohar Einy, Co-founder and CEO of Port.io, coding is only a small part of the job. Ownership is the real work. In this episode of IsraelTech, Zohar breaks down how engineering teams actually operate today, why AI agents are creating new risks inside enterprises, and how Port is helping teams move faster without losing control. We also talk about pressure in Israeli tech, working with investors as real partners, and what it means to build a company meant to last. Last night I attended Her Tel Aviv's "Getting Hired Panel: Crack The Code to Landing Your Dream Job" meetup at the Nefesh B'Nefesh TLV office. Panelists included HR and Recruitment professionals: 🌟 Merav Blum – Fullpath 🌟 Adi Gdalyahu– Payoneer 🌟 Rachel Leon – Eisner Amper 🌟 Adi Orenshtein – D-ID 🌟 Tslil Shraiber – Agoda RE Moderated by Sivan Hadari-Avneri, HER Tel Aviv Founder Among the many wonderful insights the panel gave, I wanted to share some of their best tips for writing your CV to land your dream job: ⚫ Always show and discuss your metrics and success numbers. ⚫ If you have a title that isn't a usual one you see in the industry, find one that's more common and use that in your CV, so HR knows where you fit in. ⚫ Simplify your language so that HR understands your abilities and isn't lost in complicated explanations. ⚫ Tailor your CV to the role or HR might pass, especially if your resume lists previous positions that are irrelevant. Also, avoid uploading your LinkedIn profile as your CV because it's too broad for HR to read through to understand why you might be a good fit. ⚫ Make sure the information on your CV (titles, dates, responsibilities) matches what you wrote on your LinkedIn profile so that it doesn't raise any red flags. ⚫ Keep your resume in English (this is more geared towards the tech world) so that the ATS can scan it. ⚫ No pictures. No age. No city. Keep CV to max 2 pages. Keep to normal font size. ⚫ If you have a gap in between jobs, especially if it was for maternity leave, or aliyah or some other reason, write the reason for the break on your CV so HR doesn't have to assume the worst. ⚫ Make sure your CV uses keywords or buzzwords from the job description in order for it to stand out. Interview and application tips: - Read up about the company and understanding the role. Come prepared to an interview with what you want the HR to know about you beyond your past jobs or skills. Show some personality. - If you apply through an employee refferal, don't apply through the job board or LinkedIn first. That employee will not get the referral bonus. - Don't be shy, don't press apply: instead of applying thru a LinkedIn job post, do some research and see if you can have an employee submit your CV for you. You will get farther doing that than on LinkedIn. Any other tips you think we should add to this already wonderful list?

And voila, your 2026 revenue targets are already in play! Israeli startups are phenomenal at building product. Global hiring is where too many lose time, burn cash, and miss targets. Not because the talent doesn't exist. Because the search is approached like a transaction instead of a strategy. Here's what we see at CQ Global again and again, when Israeli teams try to hire their first U.S. or European commercial leaders. *You hire for logo instead of fit to stage. *A scale leader is not always the right leader for zero to one revenue motion. *You focus on titles instead of defining outcomes. *VP Sales can mean builder, closer, manager, or all three. If you do not define the job, you cannot assess it. *You rely on inbound and your network which are limited. *You don't build a realistic achievable target as part of the search process. *You rush to “fill the seat” and forget the cost of being wrong. *You underestimate cultural and market nuance. That is not a pipeline. That is hope. And hope does not build a GTM team. Messaging, pricing, sales cycles, buyer objections, and even what “good” looks like changes by region. A miss-hire in a key commercial role is not a delay. It is a reset. Doing this better takes experience, attitude, depth, and precision. Treat the search like a partnership, with full transparency, honesty and speed. Build for the org you'll be in 12 months, not the org you are today. Clarify the role with precision and align all stakeholders. Benchmark comp and equity by region and stage. Map the real market, not the obvious names. Remember that the best people are not looking proactively. Assess for stage fit, operating style, and repeatable performance. Design an interview process that predicts outcomes. Drive closing with clean expectations on both sides. If you are an Israeli CEO building outside Israel, the question is not “Can we hire globally?” You can. The question is "Do you have the depth, clarity, knowhow and experience to find the best people? If you're planning a first U.S. AE, VP Sales, CRO, or regional leader, or are growing/upgrading your U.S. team, tell me what stage you're at and where you're hiring. I'll be happy to analyse your commercial/GTM challenges, share the three biggest pitfalls to avoid and map out the main success factors that can make a difference! #GlobalHeadhunting #ExecutiveSearch #GTM #SalesLeadership #IsraeliStartups #ScaleUp #TalentStrategy #BusinessSuccess

There is a unique kind of resilience in the Israeli tech ecosystem. It’s the quiet determination to keep building, even when the reality around us is complex. Today, we are proud to stand behind Fig Security as they emerge from stealth. Fig has raised $38M in Seed and Series A funding, with Team8 and Ten Eleven Ventures leading the rounds. This investment addresses the critical need for a resilient SOC in modern enterprises. While the industry has spent a decade adding more tools and more dashboards, the infrastructure beneath them has become fragile. When environments change, detections break silently. Fig provides the layer of assurance that ensures those defenses actually work when they matter most. ProFounders Gal Shafir, Nir Loya Dahan, and Roy Haimof deeply understand this problem. From building Siemplify (Now Part of Google Cloud) to leading global security architecture at Google, they’ve seen firsthand that even the most advanced AI agents are only as strong as the security foundation they rely on. To the entire Fig team, thank you for your grit and for showing what it means to push forward. Your resilience reflects the strength of Israeli tech. We are proud to be your partners as you define the future of resilient security operations. #SuccessbyDesign Ori Barzilay, Liran Grinberg, Sarit Firon, Amir Zilberstein, Aviad Harell, Ori Yankelev, Asaf Azulay

Marketing SHOULD be fun ✨ Aviv Canaani went from VP of Marketing to CRO at Datarails over four years. During that time, the company grew 10X and flipped from 95% outbound to 95% inbound. All while having fun with their audience So... How do you balance brand vs performance? Aviv's POV for you: Most B2B companies treat brand and performance as competing budget items. Aviv unified them under one revenue leader. When you own both marketing spend and sales outcomes, the incentives align. They saw THIS shift happen after the 2022 market crash. Outbound meetings held steady but close rates dropped. Inbound leads converted at much higher rates because those prospects already knew the brand and came in with intent. Brand building makes performance channels work better. But... Aviv's brand building looks nothing like traditional B2B Datarails runs ads featuring Kim Kardashian memes to sell FP&A software to CFOs. They create content with creators from Fiverr. They post jokes on LinkedIn. The head of growth came from mobile gaming, not enterprise software. The thesis is simple: You're selling to humans, not corporations CFOs scroll IG and watch funny videos just like everyone else. Playing it safe is the biggest risk because safe content gets ignored. The key is balance. Datarails pairs scroll stopping content with deep thought leadership. They run a podcast called FP&A Today with over 500,000 downloads. They share data driven insights and interview finance leaders. They give their audience BOTH entertainment and substance. Just like Tiesto. Aviv's team includes people from B2C backgrounds for that exact reason. They produce high volumes of video content, test what works, and feed the algorithms. His prediction for the next phase is that marketing becomes even more human. He's already seeing more sponsored posts from people rather than company pages. Customers talking about products. CEOs and CMOs building personal brands. AKA... Be more human. Have fun with your audience This is the way ✌️ P.S. Make sure you give Aviv a follow!

“Joining WSC felt like joining one big team, right from day one.” - Sapir Cohen , Frontend Tech Lead at WSC Sports Sapir joined WSC Sports about a year ago as a Frontend Developer, following the acquisition of Infront Lab. From the very beginning, her focus was on making sure Infront Lab’s products transitioned smoothly into the WSC ecosystem, laying strong foundations for what was to come. Within just six months, Sapir stepped into the role of Frontend Tech Lead. Today, she balances hands-on work on the existing product suite with a strong emphasis on cross-team collaboration, helping different teams connect and integrate WSC’s products more effectively. What makes WSC Sports special for Sapir? The people and the culture. “Even though the pace is fast, there’s a real ‘no ego’ mindset here. People are always smiling, always willing to help, and it creates an environment that’s both fun and incredibly supportive.” Outside of work, Sapir brings her creativity to life through generative art. “I use code as my paintbrush,” she says. By leveraging tools like p5.js and WebGL, Sapir creates generative collections such as 'Balagan' and 'Netta', setting mathematical boundaries and then letting the computer surprise her with the final result. It’s where frontend development meets fine art. With her technical leadership, collaborative spirit, and creative mindset, Sapir plays a key role in shaping how our products and our teams work together. 👉 A link to Sapir’s generative art is shared in the comments.
