“Some managers you work for. Some managers change how you work. Ariel is the second kind. Ariel hired me at Veev and what I expected was a boss. What I got was a leader who fundamentally shaped how I think about product, teams, and what good looks like at scale. The things I carry with me today as a product leader, the way I approach strategy, the way I build and develop teams, the way I think about making hard calls when the data isn't clear, so much of that traces back to what I learned working under Ariel.
