Why is this search different from all other searches? 🍷 Passover is around the corner. As we prepare for the Seder, we’re reminded of the four questions that ask: What makes this night different from all other nights? So in that spirit, here are the four questions of executive search: 1️⃣ On all other searches, we review the candidates who apply. Why on this search do we go looking for the ones who didn’t? Because the best leaders are usually too busy leading to apply. 2️⃣ On all other searches, a résumé tells a polished story. Why on this search do we look for what’s not written? Because real leadership is revealed in the hard moments, not just the wins. 3️⃣ On all other searches, a few interviews might be enough. Why on this search do we keep digging deeper? Because true fit is not surface-level, it’s built through understanding. 4️⃣ On all other days, leadership teams sit upright in meetings. Why after the right hire, can everyone finally recline? Because the right leader doesn’t just fill a role, they change the story. Wishing you, your families, and your teams a meaningful and Happy Passover! ♥️

Maya Daniel, VP Delivery & PS Application EMEA, at AllCloud, is our final spotlight for Women’s Month. Maya’s perspective is a powerful reminder that leadership isn't just about looking up at the next role, it’s about looking at the value you already bring to the table. She shares how a single conversation changed her trajectory and why she now makes it her mission to empower women from Israel to India. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Keep believing in yourself and your abilities. The ceiling doesn't actually exist, don't let the idea of it limit your reach." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "I had a manager who saw my potential and promoted me before I even asked. When I initially resisted, she sat me down and told me: 'While you're always looking up at the next goal, you need to look to the sides and realize your worth.' She taught me to demand what I deserve. Today, I make sure I truly 'see' the women I manage and help them grow exactly the same way." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "I’m passionate about giving tools to girls at the Hadassim youth village to help them realize that everything is possible and that 'time' is their greatest asset. I also mentor women in India, helping them navigate key roles in male-dominated environments. I truly believe the gender gap in management isn't about a lack of talent, it’s something we can change, and as female managers, it is our duty to do so." As we end our Women’s Month, think of the woman starting her career right now. What is the one thing you want her to know about her own potential? Happy Women’s Month 🥂 Nitzan Ron

Today’s Women’s Month spotlight is Rinat Cooper, Chief People Officer at AlgoSec. In the executive world, the path to the C-suite is rarely a straight line. For Rinat, leadership is about the courage to wait for the right "fit" and the strength to step into roles that don’t always check every box on paper. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Looking back, I would tell myself not to compromise in places where I cannot bring my full self. Choose environments that truly fit you, places that strengthen your confidence, allow you to grow, and help you be at your best." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "When I applied for a global HR role, a hiring manager from Silicon Valley chose to give me the opportunity, even though I didn’t yet have that specific experience. She told me: 'You don’t check all the boxes, but I believe in your ability to drive change.' In doing so, she broke the glass ceiling for me and opened the door to my global career." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "In our AlgoWin, AlgoSec Women Network, we talk openly about how women sometimes take the second seat at the table or start sentences with 'I’m not sure' before expressing an opinion. My message is simple: Take your seat. Speak up. Confidence doesn’t appear overnight, it takes practice, but over time it becomes part of who you are." Tag a leader who believed in your ability to drive change before you checked all the boxes. Happy Women’s Month 🥂 Nitzan Ron

Today’s Women’s Month spotlight is Tami Ben-jacob, Chief People Officer at GigaSpaces. In the fast-paced tech world, the pressure to hire "yesterday" is constant. But Tami Ben-Jacob knows that building a balanced leadership team requires more than just intent, it requires active, sometimes even "aggressive" persistence. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Believe in yourself so much more. Develop that self-confidence early and trust that your opinions and your gut feelings are usually right. Having that certainty would have changed the game throughout my entire journey." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "I’ve been fortunate to work with strong, brilliant women leaders who knew how to empower and highlight my successes. There is a unique power in seeing yourself through the eyes of a woman who has already cleared the path. Their belief in me gave me the strength to believe in my own way." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "In the tech world, finding female candidates isn't always easy. My approach is active and sometimes aggressive persistence. You have to be willing to wait for the right woman, even when there is external pressure to settle for the 'easy' hire. It’s never about compromising on quality; it’s about standing firm against the pressure until you find the incredible professional who belongs in that seat." Tag a woman who made you feel like a leader before you even had the title. Happy Women’s Month 🥂 Nitzan Ron

Next up in our Women’s Month spotlight is Efrat Cohen Shalem, VP HR at Similarweb. Efrat’s perspective is a powerful reminder about harmony. She shares why making room for your own space actually makes you a better leader, and how "human connection" is the real engine behind every successful team. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "I’d tell myself that it's possible to create a reality where career and personal life live in harmony. For a long time, I thought success meant giving 100% to work, even at a personal cost. I’ve since learned that when you make room for your own space, you actually show up with more heart and energy for your career. You don’t have to choose one over the other; you can thrive in both worlds." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "Looking back, my most profound moments of empowerment have come from the women on my own teams. I still think of the first person who joined my team when I became a VP of HR, we faced so many challenges, but the warmth and mutual respect we shared gave me the strength to lead. It was a simple reminder that leadership is really just about human connection." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "I’ve always felt that the most meaningful change happens in the day-to-day, through quiet, eye-to-eye moments. Throughout my career, I’ve tried to make an impact through real, intimate conversations, sparking confidence and encouraging women to openly express what they want and need. My 'secret mission' has always been to be that supportive voice reminding them of their worth." Who is the person on your team who brings that 'warmth and heart' to the work every day? Happy Women’s Month. 🥂 Nitzan Ron

Our next spotlight for Women’s Month is Netta Avrahami - Fiss נטע פיס, VP HR at Idomoo. From fostering resilience to challenging organizational cultures, Neta shares how proactive learning defines the modern leader. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Find every way to be in a state of constant personal development and learning. Be proactive and attentive to both your internal and professional worlds. Your curiosity will be your most significant skill for growth, expand it." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "Right after October 7th, I listened to a lecture by Dr. Mati Har Lev on resilience through the 'Mindful Leadership' method. I realized immediately that the language she developed was more than just another tool, it was a key to my internal operating system. I eventually joined the 'AGENTS' course, which brought a fundamental change to both my personal and professional self." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "In a previous role, I faced a complex organizational culture regarding women. I chose to proactively advance the status of women in the organization by starting with listening. We ran a survey followed by roundtables with the CEO. From those conversations, we launched initiatives that ranged from specific promotions to broad cultural changes aimed at strengthening the environment for everyone." What is something outside of your professional field that you are currently curious about? Share with us Happy Women’s Month. 🥂 Nitzan Ron

Limor Drezner, Chief People Officer at a Stealth Startup, is our spotlight for Women’s Month today. Limor’s leadership is fueled by high energy and a relentless focus on the goal. But she also knows that the most profound empowerment often happens without many words through the "good eyes" of a mentor and the quiet space to think deeply. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Keep your eyes on the goal, without getting distracted. Use your immense energy to push forward and believe in the path, it will pay off." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "There is something so empowering about someone looking at you with 'good eyes' and true belief. My legendary manager from HP, Riki Goldriech, is exactly that woman. Even if we only speak once a year, she is always there with complete faith in me, helping me navigate the most significant junctions in my career." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "A few years ago, I attended an executive retreat led by Dr. Liraz Lasry. It was three intense days of deep thinking about growth. Two years later, I knew I wanted to give that same gift to the women at Dario. We brought Liraz in for a full day of self-exercises, no lectures, no explanations. Just a space for each woman to connect with herself. We left with incredible energy and practical tools. I felt I had truly touched them, without dictating or lecturing." How do you recharge? Let's hear your favorite way below. Happy Women’s Month🥂 Nitzan Ron

Next up in our Women’s Month spotlight is Orly Amrany, Chief Product Officer at justt. Orly shares her perspective on the tight link between product and culture, and the power of standing together in leadership. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Look for the close connection between the product and the organizational culture. Choosing a career is like a relationship; you shouldn't just look for a challenging role or a successful company, but for a culture and product that align with your character and values. To truly understand a company’s culture, look at the value it brings to its customers, and what the CEO believes in, that is exactly the culture you will find there." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "In one of the companies I worked for, I was the only woman in the leadership room. During a meeting, one of the VPs asked me to summarize the discussion. It was a difficult feeling, as you can imagine. But then, a senior female VP stepped in and said: 'Move over, I’ll summarize this one.' It changed the entire picture. Her ability to put ego aside helped me overcome the situation in that moment." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "I participate in 'Israeli Girl's Week.' As part of this initiative, women go to high schools in the periphery to give personal lectures about their career journeys. Sharing the path I’ve taken is my way of sparking dialogue and showing the next generation what is possible." Who is the colleague who stepped in and changed the room for you? We want to know. Happy Women’s Month 🥂 Nitzan Ron

Next up in our Women’s Month series, we’re featuring Liat Ashkenazi, SVP Product & Technology at Payoneer. Liat’s perspective on leadership is rooted in two things: trusting your intuition and the responsibility to pull others up as you climb. But her most unexpected advice? Remembering to take it easy. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞’𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: "Believe in your abilities and develop your self-confidence. Most importantly: open up your intuition. And a little tip for the road, take things easier. The path is long; don't forget to breathe." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: "I had a mentor who pushed me by constantly surprising me with professional challenges. She didn't just manage me; she guided me and believed in me. Having someone in your corner who sees the leader in you before you see it yourself changes everything." 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫: "For me, mentoring is a true mission. In recent years, I’ve been volunteering as a mentor for women in management, guiding them through professional growth. I believe that every woman who rises takes many more with her. Beyond the tech world, I also volunteer with 'Bar's Home,' supporting women fighting cancer. It's all part of the same goal: being there when it matters most." What is one thing you’ve learned to 'take easier' as you’ve progressed in your career? Let us know in the comments. Happy Women’s Month 🥂 Nitzan Ron
