To create a better experience for different audiences, we’ve redesigned the DevDays schedule for 2026 to make it easier to tailor your experience.
- June 15, 2026 — Preconference Day
A dedicated day with focused tracks designed to help you get the most out of DevDays, whether you’re building a strong FHIR foundation or diving into strategic and regulatory discussions. - June 16–18, 2026 — DevDays Conference (3 days)
The full DevDays program, featuring keynotes, FHIR implementation deep dives, real-world case studies, and community-driven sessions.
This allows newcomers to build a strong foundation, decision-makers to focus on strategy and governance, and all attendees to get the most out of the main conference days.
Preconference programs can be attended on their own or combined with a conference pass.

Register, buy a tree, help the planet!
HL7 FHIR DevDays exists thanks to global collaboration — and that involves travel. To help offset our environmental impact, we partner with One Tree Planted, an international non-profit organization working with people all over the world, to plant trees in their regions.
- When you register, you can add one (or more) trees to your registration
- DevDays will match every tree purchased (doubling your impact!)
- Our goal: 2,000 trees planted in support of the Million Tree Challenge

Payment & Confirmation
Registrations are only confirmed when full payment has been received by the organizers. Payments can be made via credit card, check, or bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid registrants who cancel by May 22, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD processing fee. No refunds will be provided after this deadline. Cancellation requests should be sent to meetings@hl7.org.
Insurance
The organizers will not be liable for any loss, (physical) injuries or damages suffered at the HL7 FHIR DevDays 2026, including damage, theft or loss of property of an attendee, unless this is the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct by HL7 FHIR DevDays 2026.

Discounts
Special discounts are available for students, and attendees residing in low-income countries. Discounts cannot be combined.
**Students
Students who are enrolled as full-time students can apply for the student registration fee.

Participants Residing in Low-Income Countries
A discount is available to participants residing in low-income countries.
How to apply:
- Submit your request using the application form
- The DevDays organizing team will review your submission
- Your country of residence will be verified as an Low Income Country from the World Bank data: World Bank Country and Lending Groups – World Bank Data Help Desk
- If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for registration and payment
- A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the event
