Arc Week 2025: Collaborating As One

The Arc XP teams came together in Washington, D.C. from across the globe to unite under our parent company HQ, The Washington Post.
While the agenda was full of sessions, workshops, team collaboration sessions to plan for the remainder of the year, and leadership updates, what stood out most was the soul of Arc XP. People that have been with the company for almost a decade to some that had started just the week before. Connection and excitement were apparent at Arc Week – it’s so much more than presentations. It’s about people.
A Culture of Connection
From the moment colleagues arrived, the energy was unmistakable. Teams who usually collaborate virtually had the chance to connect face-to-face, building stronger bonds that carry into daily work. Whether it was during coffee breaks, team lunches, or evening events, and the infamous karaoke, the week gave us time to briefly pause and celebrate the people behind Arc XP.
Sharing Ideas, Shaping the Future
Arc Week also served as a stage for idea-sharing. Employees across departments swapped insights, sparked conversations, and discovered new ways to collaborate. Leadership shared their plans and priorities for the remainder of the year, offering transparency and clarity on where Arc XP is headed.
Why Arc Week Matters for Our Event Strategy
Arc Week isn’t just an internal tradition, it’s a cornerstone of our broader event strategy. By aligning our people, culture, and goals, this gathering ensures that every team member is equipped to represent Arc XP consistently and authentically at customer events, industry conferences, and partner gatherings throughout the year. In many ways, Arc Week is where the energy and ideas that power our external presence begin.
The week closed with renewed momentum: a sense of clarity around our goals and a deeper connection across teams.
Arc Week is proof that when we come together as one team, we build more than a platform—we build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose.
