Two inspiring days in Ljubljana brought together our CEE regional leadership for open, honest, and forward‑looking conversations made even more impactful by the presence of Melissa Mulholland, Alexander Kutowski, and Kiril Izov.
What truly defined this meeting was the quality of dialogue. CEE leaders actively shared perspectives, raised thoughtful questions, and provided candid feedback, reinforcing a culture where regional voices matter and are heard.
As Melissa Mulholland highlighted during the discussion, she deeply appreciates how CEE leaders are vocal, engaged, and not afraid to ask tough questions or push important topics forward, and encouraged the region to continue with exactly this mindset. This openness and courage to speak up are what make conversations meaningful and drive real progress.
Key themes that sparked strong discussion included:
- Where future growth opportunities lie for the Group and how CEE can actively shape innovation and customer value
- Finding the right balance between global scale and local flexibility
- Building stronger multi‑vendor, enterprise capabilities to support complex customer needs
