A Brain Hacking programunk első sorban vállalkozásoknak, cégeknek ajánlott, akik beszéden túl a készek beleállni és felpörgetni a munkatársaikat, míg a Beauty Hacking a belülről fakadó szépség megismerésében segít.

Every speaker and trainer knows this question all too well: Am I interesting enough, valuable enough – simply put, good enough in what I share? Around me, many shine with visible, loud successes – I thought they lived freely, without doubts. Then I realized that the thought “I’m not good enough” lurks in almost all of us. As someone working with cognitive behavioral therapy and neuroscience, I know that ruminating and self-criticism literally rewire our brain networks, making it easier to fall into negative loops. That’s why positive communication and feedback are so powerful. A grateful email, a sincere word, an enthusiastic phone call… they can all be lifesavers. “Your talk was the best session of the day!” – words like these can silence the tireless inner critic within us. And here’s the fascinating part: according to the latest neuroscience research, when we feel someone’s gratitude, our body releases hormones that support optimal functioning. That’s why it’s worth uplifting others. Not falsely, not excessively, but by noticing real value and giving it voice. This is how we survived in the past. And according to the latest science, today our brains still work this way.

🔥 How to cool your body efficiently in a blazing summer? One of our favorite neuroscientists, Andrew Huberman, Stanford revealed on a Huberman Lab podcast that actually where you put that cold towel on your body matters a lot – if you want to lower your core temperature. Turns out, cooling most areas of your body with cold water is like trying to cool your thermostat instead of your home – it might feel good, but it’s not helping. However, there are 3 zones on your body that really work: 🖐️ Palms (palmar surface) 🦶 Soles (plantar surface) 🙂 Forehead and face – especially highly vascular areas These are regions where blood vessels run close to the surface, making them perfect for heat exchange. Cooling them down leads to an actual drop in body temperature. 💡 Huberman’s tip: A cold bottle on the back of your neck may feel refreshing, but it’s rather inefficient. Hold an ice pack in your palm or step on a cold surface instead – that’s what actually works. So next time your brain feels like it’s boiling, skip the neck towel – and trust the science instead. #Neuroscience #HubermanLab #Mindrace #BodyCooling #ScienceBased #Biohacking
