Но действительно сильные специалисты, с опытом в топовых компаниях не особо на этот рынок выходят, предпочитают сидеть себе спокойно в своих ЯндексАвито и наблюдать со стороны. Поэтому, если ты знаешь и умеешь на голову лучше среднего по рынку, можно с ноги входить на собеседование и торговаться за оффер. Не могу сказать, что полностью разделяю это мнение, но что-то в этом есть. А вот сильных php разработчиков к себе в команду я определенно ищу. Как минимум двоих. Дальше - больше. Международная компания с главным офисом в Бельгии. Занимаемся аукционами подержанных автомобилей. Продаем в 48 стран. Растем 40%+ год к году. "Не повторил бы опыт" по разным причинам.
1) рекрутеры "типа" белых компаний первые, кто стигматизирует эти три буквы и отсекают кандидатов на входе, наряду с их настройками ATS.
2) встрянете с проблемами background check-и проходить, да и просто как минимум сбор фидбека перед оффером, если захотите свичнуться в публичную компанию
3) любая история, где требуется подтверждение дохода и происхождение ден средств - sad facts, в современном мире приходится плясать под дудку комплаенса
А с рассказом про опыт и про обезличивание всего, что надо обезличить, у любого человека, который не только пишет код, но и умеет хоть как-то говорить словами через рот, проблем нет.

The mind tends to isolate elements, but it is possible to step back and see how light actually works. Here, architecture does not exist separately — it dissolves into the environment. Montenegro is a stage of light and air, where the silhouette becomes the main carrier of meaning: a roofline, a cliff, a cypress — all part of the same language. Architecture is integrated into an existing composition, adjusting the tension within the field. What matters is seeing the whole, maintaining balance, perceiving the environment broadly, panoramically. Montenegrin identity is not a style, but a way of seeing: architecture here is not a form, but a state of light, color, and air #MontenegroContextLab #CLEVERsStudio

Andrey S. liked thisAndrey S. liked thisRecently, I returned from the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix — it was a great weekend, especially considering that less than a week before I had just come back from the Olympic Games in Milan. It definitely required a quick switch of focus, so I haven’t quite got to my Olympic content yet. At the Chinese Grand Prix, I had the pleasure of speaking with David Coulthard, Jacques Villeneuve and Luke Browning, as well as with Alex Jacques and Peter Hardenacke. I’m sharing a few pics from the weekend. I was also scheduled to attend the Grands Prix in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, but as both events were cancelled, I accepted an invitation to work in protocol at another project. I literally landed from China and went straight into work. I'm spending my final "off" day building a strong foundation. A new technical challenge deserves a focused, organized mind. Here's what I'm working on today: ‣ A "Clear All" Cache on Life: I’m knocking out the lingering "house tasks" that have been running in the background of my mind. A clear headspace means I can dedicate 100% of my brain to the new team. ‣ Physical Setup, Mental Reset: My workspace is deep-cleaned. No clutter. A fresh notebook, an empty desk, and a clean digital desktop. That new document feeling, but for my office. ‣ The Technical Pre-Game: I am getting a small head start. Not by working, but by absorbing. I’m taking another look at the public documentation, familiarizing myself with the user experience, and dissecting their doc toolchain. Coming in knowing the existing architecture allows me to ask better questions in my first week. I am genuinely energized to dive in. In particular, I’m looking forward to: ‣ Connecting with the team (virtual and maybe eventual real-life handshakes!). ‣ Immersion in a new technical stack and toolchain. (Ready to get my hands on some new code-as-docs infrastructure!) ‣ Deep diving into Kubernetes and its ecosystem. ‣ But most of all, architecting the critical path for new and existing users. One where users move smoothly from initial curiosity to a successful install and runtime in record time. Happy Monday, everyone. У меня было два крайне сложных кейса, когда название компании под NDA, функционал под NDA и так далее. Изначально мне даже показалось: а был ли вообще этот опыт? Специалист увольняется и ничего не может рассказать про свой опыт будущему работодателю, кроме того, что работал там X лет. Какая вероятность, что его наймут? Никакая! И никто из них, кто работал в компании под NDA, не повторил бы этот опыт ещё раз. Слишком неоднозначные последствия!
