“I have had the privilege of working with Andrew in HSBC a couple years ago. I still remember the first time I presented my findings to him, and he challenged it straight to the point, which impressed me so much because that’s making the meeting so efficient and I learned lot from him after that. Nowadays senior leaders tend to be very "soft" and they care people's feeling a lot (which is good), but Andrew obviously stood out via his "sharp" and "intelligent" style. Data-driven evidence is what he always probe for before making any business decisions, and I believe that's how he makes HSBC digital better and better everyday.”
