Shaping the next era of luxury hospitality requires a profound commitment to a shared vision. For us, that means being guided by our purpose: 𝐓𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. At the 10th edition of Luxury Symposium recently, our Group’s Chief Operating Officer Anthony Ingham delivered a keynote on how this purpose serves as a strategic imperative, influencing every decision we make. He noted that as the industry shifts toward authenticity over perfection, purpose becomes the true enabler of luxury. By creating intentional pathways that uplift local makers and empower communities, even small, purposeful choices can create generational impact. Central to this purpose is our people. Our Senior Vice President, Talent & Culture, Global, Keno Lung, emphasized that the future of luxury will be defined by human depth. Recognizing talent strategy as a core business differentiator, we intentionally curate environments where purpose and empathy thrive. By investing in meaningful career pathways and inclusive initiatives, we empower our associates to cultivate the authentic human connections that distinguish our hospitality. Thank you to the French Chamber in Hong Kong for organizing the event and providing an inspiring platform to explore the evolving landscape of the luxury sector. #PurposeLed #LuxurySymposium

We’re delighted to welcome our global partners to Rosewood’s Global Collection Review, a series of gatherings across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific centered on discovery, exchange, and a shared connection to the Rosewood collection. Organized by our Global Sales Office (GSO), authentic and meaningful moments unfolded through collaborative workshops, destination-led experiences, shared tables, and cultural encounters. Each offered a deeper perspective on our properties, the communities we are part of, and the people who bring them to life every day — a true expression of Rosewood’s relationship-led approach to luxury hospitality. Congratulations to our GSO team, and thank you to everyone who helped shape this journey alongside us. We look forward to continuing these meaningful connections with our community. #Rosewood #GlobalCollectionReview #RelationshipHospitality

We believe the next wave of luxury growth is entering a transformative moment. AI empowers our people to deepen relationships, sharpen insight, anticipate needs with greater precision, and elevate experiences in ways that feel seamless and genuinely human. In luxury hospitality, innovation should be invisible — scaling intuition without ever losing intimacy. With the proximity to Silicon Valley and access to tech innovation, the Hospitality 2030 Hackathon was hosted this past weekend at Rosewood Sand Hill. We were proud to see our property and leadership team, including Radha Arora, President of Rosewood Hotel Group, and Philip Meyer, Regional Vice President and Managing Director of Rosewood Sand Hill, collaborate alongside more than 100 technology builders to reimagine hospitality through AI. Tech builders developed functional prototypes tailored to the hospitality environment, creating meaningful opportunities to accelerate our Group’s enterprise-wide AI strategy. Initiated by Kevin Yung, the collaboration reflects Rosewood Capital Ventures' commitment to supporting transformative technologies and visionary founders shaping the future of travel and hospitality. Thank you to Cerebral Valley, Greycroft, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs for convening an exceptional community of builders, designers, and creative thinkers to help shape the tools of tomorrow. #RosewoodHotelGroup #Hackathon #Innovation

We are thrilled to introduce Rosewood Tokyo, our first urban property in Japan and a defining milestone for our brand's growth in Asia Pacific. Set in the heart of Roppongi, a joint project with Mori Building Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd underscores our long-term commitment to Japan. Guided by our brand's 𝘈 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 philosophy, Rosewood Tokyo will bring together culture, craftsmanship, and contemporary living through a distinctly Tokyo lens. The property will feature about 200 guestrooms and suites, alongside a collection of destination-led dining and bar concepts inspired by the city’s culinary scene. Complementing the nature-led experience of Rosewood Miyakojima, which opened in 2025, Rosewood Tokyo marks a pivotal evolution of our brand presence in Japan and also reinforces our strategic global expansion, with upcoming openings including Rosewood Seoul, Rosewood Shenzhen, Rosewood Ranfaru in the Maldives, Rosewood Calistoga in California’s Napa Valley, and Rosewood Rome—each thoughtfully selected to meet evolving traveller desires for authentic cultural immersion and luxury hospitality. Through creative collaborations and deeply rooted local immersions, Rosewood continues to foster meaningful cultural exchange — within and beyond our properties — at Milan Design Week. Following the debut of Lucky Dragon installation at Rosewood Hong Kong during Hong Kong Art Week, our ultra-luxury brand, Rosewood, unveiled its immersive exhibition, Objects That Speak — a conversation continued with Andrea Branzi. The exhibition reflects a shared belief between Branzi and Rosewood: that objects and design contribute to the ever-evolving culture of a place. Each object becomes a “voice,” carrying a story deeply rooted in the landscape, craftsmanship and community from which it emerges. Rosewood’s inaugural presence at Milan Design Week also marks an important milestone as we continue to grow our collection in Italy, deepen our connections with the local community and celebrate the country’s enduring design legacy. Join the conversation: Visit Objects That Speak — A Conversation Continued with Andrea Branzi Dates: 21–25 April 2026 Location: Via Carlo de Cristoforis 1, Milan For more info: https://lnkd.in/gfhZimgE #RosewoodHotelGroup #MilanDesignWeek

Hospitality is an amplifier. Every choice we make resonates across communities, cultures, generations and landscapes. We are proud to share Rosewood Hotel Group’s first public Impact & Sustainability Report — a natural milestone aligned with our purpose and our continued evolution as a purpose-led business, creating a future where people and place enrich one another. Our 2020 commitments guided our performance through 2025, driving measurable progress across our global portfolio: • We reduced energy intensity by 12% and emissions intensity by 17%, while laying the groundwork for our net-zero roadmap by beginning to track Scope 3 emissions and developing near-term science-based emissions targets. • We continued to open doors of opportunity, strengthening our ecosystem that recognizes, hires, and supports talent from underserved communities. • Our teams gave back in meaningful ways, directing more than USD 742,000 in cash and in-kind contributions to our communities, alongside nearly 60,000 volunteer hours from associates worldwide. • Innovation flourished at the property level – from hydroponic gardens and on-site solar to linens reborn and waste transformed into new life – helping us increase waste diversion from 26% to 66% in just six years. • We celebrated independent recognition of our efforts, including multi-site Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification across 47 properties, four new green building accreditations, and three Food Made Good Standard awards. As we look ahead, we have strengthened and evolved our targets to reflect greater ambition and transparency. We invite you to explore the full report and join us in shaping the future of hospitality — one where luxury is regenerative, responsible and rooted in purpose. The recognition also reaffirms what Rosewood has always stood for: true luxury rooted in a strong Sense of Place, authentic connections, and deep respect for the communities we serve. We look forward to continuing our thoughtful global expansion across our portfolio in the years ahead. About the It List Featuring just 100 properties worldwide, hand-selected by Travel + Leisure’s editors, the It List is a highly anticipated annual celebration of the most exceptional new hotels, resorts and cruise ships in luxury hospitality. #RosewoodHotelGroup #SenseOfPlace #Rosewood

A powerful close. An enduring message — Empowerment in Action: Marlene Poynder, Managing Director, The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel As we move beyond Women’s History Month, we are proud to close our Rosewood Women Executive Sponsor Series with Marlene Poynder. In her reflection, Marlene reminds us that empowerment begins the moment we recognize our exceptionalism, trust the strength of our voices, and step fully into the power that has always been ours. Because empowerment is not simply about opportunity. It is about the courage to be seen. The confidence to speak. And the conviction to lead in a way that makes space for others to rise beside us. When we use our voices with conviction, we help shape a path others can walk with confidence. Though the month has passed, the message carries forward. At Rosewood, our commitment remains unwavering: to foster an environment where every individual is empowered to dream boldly, grow fully, lead courageously, and thrive without limits. #MakeThePlace #InclusiveWorkplace #EquityInAction
