One of the main reasons to redesign a website is that users can't easily find the content. And while designing a great navigation, clear calls to action and engaging landing pages is incredibly important, a great search experience can make or break your user experience strategy, and is essential for large content-heavy websites.

But sometimes users give up on search because it doesn't immediately return the right results.

In this session, we’ll walk through the process of designing a successful search experience with Drupal that delivers on user expectations.

Agenda:
How to plan search experience pathways

How to design at a high level your search results, filters, and facets according to user needs and your content

How to select advanced search features that will enhance to the user experience

Presented by:
Suzanne Dergacheva, Co-founder of Evolving Web
