How to subscribe to Graitec support?

Graitec Advantage can supply a dedicated support desk to you and your team providing you piece of mind. Our support contract is available for a team and not just an individual, with the support contract entitling users to 10 hours of telephone support. When the support contract is close to the 10 hours, we will notify you to discuss options around renewing should you require additional support.

How it works? Our helpdesk provides support on all the mainstream Autodesk products in addition to our Graitec IP products. Our helpdesk ensures that each call is logged and monitored throughout its journey, ensuring that the right person looks your request. All support tickets are allocated an ID so that you can track the progress of your request.
