📢 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗶𝗤𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁! 🚀 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The LaiQa Project is developing key technologies for secure quantum communication from space. ⚛️ This includes a chip-based entangled photon source and a quantum memory, bringing us closer to building quantum repeaters and future quantum networks. 💡 To test these systems, LaiQa will run experiments over a 2.5 km free-space link and use a 2.3m observatory telescope in Greece, ensuring performance in realistic conditions.
