support for displaying AdSense ads with lazy loading functionality

Please consider adding support for displaying AdSense ads with lazy loading functionality — this is a very important feature and would make a significant difference. I kindly ask you to prioritize it if possible.

As a suggestion, it would be great if the AdSense integration could be implemented as a separate module that we can add to the modules directory, with full control from the admin panel.

For ad placement, I recommend providing options to insert ads after the first h1, or h2, or h3, or after the first paragraph, giving users flexibility to configure ad locations precisely.

It would also be helpful to have a dedicated field in the admin panel to paste the AdSense code :
