Support Warp AI features (i.e. Codebase context and tools) for WSL #6744

Description

Describe the bug

Warp for Windows WSL sessions can't currently load codebase context. This is a known issue by the Warp team and is on the roadmap to fix.

To reproduce

  1. Install Warp for Windows
  2. Install Ubuntu WSL
  3. Open a new tab for the WSL instance in Warp.
  4. Install git on Ubuntu WSL: sudo apt install git
  5. Download a repository: e.g. cd ~ && git clone https://github.com/warpdotdev/themes.git
  6. Enter the repository folder: cd ~/themes, notice how Warp don't index the codebase in Settings > Code menu.

Operating system (OS)

Windows

Shell Version

WSL (bash/zsh)

Additional context

Current workaround is to install Warp directly in the WSL instance and run it from WSL, but this is less ideal experience and may not work with some instances missing the necessary dependencies.
