  1. Add animations for open, close, move and tags 

    Scene graph tweens, clients are configured once at their final size.
Open slides in from the nearest edge as the reverse of the close slide.
Close and tag-out run on snapshot trees sharing the same buffers.
Guard xytonode against bare snapshot buffers, add the animations
config section, bump version to 0.2, update man and README.
