  1. Exclude generated SQLite parser from go vet checks 

    The SQLite parser (internal/engine/sqlite/parser/sqlite_parser.go) is
generated code from ANTLR 4.13.1 and contains unreachable code warnings
that cannot be fixed without modifying the code generator.

This change updates the Makefile to exclude the generated parser from
go vet checks, allowing the test-ci target to pass while still checking
all other packages.
