Replaced progress bar with verbose messages, operations update servers without the need of refreshing.

• new commands for group editing (adding / removing users or servers from groups)
• new command for renaming users / servers
• refactored for testing, test coverage is better than nothing
• when registering, adding, removing, the state of the servers maintained without the need of extra update commands
