Why are there so many documented features missing from Memos?

I've noticed quite a few features in the Content Syntax documentation that, as far as I can tell, are nowhere to be found in Memos 0.25.1:

• Anchor links: headers are supposed to generate anchor links automatically, doesn't seem to work at all.
• Internal links: I've only ever figured out how to link to a memo like this [Click here](/memos/JidRCN7ECGU6jirhEyGt5n) using the memo internal ID which is very impractical. Has there ever been a way to link using a clean URL like /docs/guides/getting-started as the documentation shows? Linking to a specific header doesn't work either, as noted above.
• Mentions: This section shows an example of how to mention a memo by its "title". What is the "title" of a memo exactly? All I see is a long, random ID.
• Special syntax: writing timestamps as shown here does nothing. Also there's no way to define variables and use them like the documentation shows here.
• HTML Support: This was reported as a bug already, but there's no HTML support as far as I can tell.

Am I missing something? Were any of these features ever available? Or is there a problem with 0.25.1?
