As your school doesn't provide the educational email address. What you can do is submit your Student ID card instead of that that clearly shows your card expiry date. You can also submit your accepted admission form as well.

I would say contact a GitHub Campus Expert and ask him about this issue. He/She can raise an internal issue on your behalf to resolve this issue.
