Copilot in GitHub

Hey guys,
On May 15th my Copilot Pro subscription randomly auto-renewed and they charged me $100 even though I had no plans to keep it. I immediately requested a refund on the license page. The next day my account was downgraded to Free and I got the confirmation email. I haven't used Copilot even once since then.
It's now been over a month and GitHub support is completely fucking silent. I opened a ticket, followed up multiple times, and even asked them to escalate to the billing manager. Zero replies. Nothing.
The payment still shows as "Success" with no refund in sight. How the hell is this acceptable? They take your money, downgrade the account, then disappear for a month like it's nothing.
Microsoft/GitHub really out here doing the absolute bare minimum (or less). This level of customer service is pathetic.
Anyone else dealing with this Copilot refund nightmare lately? How long did it take for you to actually get your money back, or is there a better way to light a fire under their asses?
Tired of this sucks.
