Hi everyone,

I am facing an automatic rejection loop with my Student Developer Pack application (instantly denied with a generic message). I believe it is caused by an automated filter bug.
My institution (Yugorsk Polytechnic College) does not issue academic/school emails to students. We use our personal emails for everything, including the college's online distance learning platform. Because of this, the automated system seems to instantly reject my application on the very first steps before even processing my physical document photo.

My GitHub profile name and billing information perfectly match my official paper Student ID (Kirill Lebidko). The document is currently valid (until August 31, 2026), but I cannot get past the automated email domain check.
Since manual support tickets are no longer available for verification issues, could a community manager please assist or advise how students from schools without official academic domains can bypass this automated filter?
