If your college doesn't provide an official email address, that's okay—GitHub does allow verification using other documents. Make sure your student ID or enrollment document is valid, clearly visible, includes your full name, institution name, and a current academic date or validity period. If your application keeps getting rejected without a clear reason, it's best to contact GitHub Education Support and ask for a manual review. They can explain what additional proof is needed. |

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hey fellas, I tried to obtain the GitHub student developer pack, but my college does not issue an official school email ID. As a result, I used my personal email ID and submitted my college ID card for verification—sadly, the application was rejected without explanation. I then provided my bursar receipt instead, yet it was rejected again without any reason. Could anyone assist me in resolving this, since I cannot cover the subscription cost?
