Hi GitHub team — I’d like to request a Codespaces display language setting that is independent from browser language preferences.
Problem
Today, many users keep their browser’s preferred language set to their native language for most websites.
However, in Codespaces, some users want the interface in English (for consistency with docs, tutorials, and team workflows).
Right now, there doesn’t appear to be a clear way to set:

Why this matters
Clarification
This is a UI localization request (display language), not a programming language/toolchain request. Also, this is meant to be active right from the start of a newly created codespace. Instructing users to create a new codespace, then change the display language inside VS Code Web, then restart their codespaces is not wat I want.
