Hi everyone,

This sign-up system provides an absolutely awful user experience. Being an international student or being away from campus during summer break is not an edge case, yet the automated system penalizes it. Furthermore, when given a text box to explain why I am not physically on campus, it feels like that explanation goes straight into the void, as the automated bot rejects it anyway.

The document upload process is also highly contradictory. The prompt asks students to 'provide as much proof as you can,' but then strictly limits the upload to a single, live-captured image. This means if we have official digital documents, we are forced to either print them out or awkwardly take a photo of another screen. The entire process is poorly designed and incredibly frustrating.
