I raised a request regarding my GitHub Student Developer Pack application 3 days ago, and the assigned Ticket ID is: 4476023. However, I have not yet received any resolution or update from the support team.

I totally understand wanting to get your developer pack up and running as soon as possible! However, 3 days is actually a very short wait time right now.

Due to a massive system backlog with GitHub Education, support tickets and manual reviews are currently taking anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks to process.

Also, just a quick heads-up: this is a community discussion board, which means everyone here is just a regular user or fellow student. We don't have backend access to look up your Ticket ID or expedite your application.

The absolute best thing you can do right now is just hang tight and keep an eye on your inbox. Definitely do not open a second ticket, as that can accidentally push you all the way to the back of the line. Hang in there—they will get to yours!

This is a community discussion forum, so no one here can check or speed up ticket 4476023.

For GitHub Education / Student Developer Pack cases, you’ll need to wait for GitHub Support to reply on the ticket. Three days is usually not unusual, especially if it requires manual review.

I’d avoid opening duplicate tickets, since that can make things slower. Just keep checking your email and the support ticket for updates.

Yo @DNG0101, I totally feel you man. Waiting for the Student Developer Pack sucks when you just want to get your hands on those free tools for your projects.
Just a heads up from someone who went through this: 3 days is actually super normal! The GitHub team usually takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to verify everything manually.
Since nobody here in the public discussions can actually open your ticket or speed it up, here is what you can do while you wait:
Keep an eye on your spam folder: Sometimes the approval email (or a request for a better picture of your school ID) drops right into spam.
Check your dashboard: Go directly to education.github.com to see if the status changed there before the email even arrives.
Don't open another ticket: It might actually push you back to the end of the line.
