Hello, When submitting, try using your phone's camera to take a live photo of your document instead of uploading a saved file. Also, make sure to enable location services (GPS) on your browser, as the automated system often rejects pre-uploaded images and needs to verify you are currently studying at or near your campus. Give it another try with these adjustments. If it still gets rejected, your best option is to wait for the official GitHub support team to review your application manually. |

Hi shyneess, I understand how frustrating it can be to face repeated rejections, especially when your classmates have already received access to the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Please note that this is a community forum. As fellow community members, we do not have administrative access to your account and cannot manually review or approve your application. However, the automated verification system is known to be quite strict. Here are the most common reasons for rejection and how you can fix them:

Benefit Activation/Waiting
Hi everyone,
Hello,
I’m currently trying to apply for GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits, but my application keeps getting rejected or not approved, while other students from my class were able to receive access successfully.
I am a real student and I can provide any required verification documents (student ID, enrollment certificate, university email, etc.). Could you please check my application manually and let me know what exactly might be missing or causing the issue?
I would really appreciate your help.
Thank you in advance.
