10 days without any response is pretty frustrating, especially when the main reason for purchasing Enterprise Cloud was to use Copilot Enterprise. One thing worth checking is whether your account has the required organization owner permissions, since Copilot Enterprise can only be enabled at the organization level. It may also be worth confirming that the Enterprise Cloud subscription is fully active and that there aren't any pending billing or setup steps. If you've already opened support and sales tickets, I'd reply to the existing cases and ask for an escalation rather than creating new ones. That usually helps keep everything tied to the same request. Hopefully someone from the GitHub team can take a look, because 10 days is longer than I'd expect for this type of issue. |

I purchased GitHub Enterprise Cloud on and need Copilot Enterprise
enabled. I've contacted Sales and Support with no response for 10 days.
My money is getting wasted now, as I bought GitHub Enterprise Cloud only to get Copilot Enterprise access.
Since i dont need git enterprise colud at as i have code repo space else where.
Issue: Cannot self-enable Copilot Enterprise - system redirects to "contact support"
@github - Can someone from the enterprise team help with this escalation?
