My previous contribution is disappeared, i have arounnd 350+ contribution but now only 80 is showing,

I added two emails and deleted previous one which is attached to local git, i realized contribution is missing and searched around it i found common mistakes like no original email matching and other,

=> i added that previous email again, currently i have all three email VERIFIED with original email as PRIMARY,
=> i have checked local git email and matched with github email , both are same,
=> i already have ENABLED private contribution,
=> i don't have privacy email like no-reply added , i have already DISABLED it,
=> i waited and did every single thing available on internet but my PREVIOUS contribution is not showing but fact is NEW contribution is showing

=> in short my past contribution is disappeared for email: pranavshilu1811@gmail.com

KINDLY, help me in this matter if anybody know related to it or where to raise query about it? please do help..

🚨 Why Your 350+ Contributions Disappeared

GitHub counts contributions based on:

✅ The commit author email inside each commit
❌ NOT your current primary email
❌ NOT your verified email list
❌ NOT your local git config now

If your old commits were made using an email that was later removed, GitHub may stop linking those commits to your profile.

Even if you re-add the email, sometimes GitHub takes time to re-index or fails to reconnect them automatically.

🔎 Step 1 — Confirm What Email Was Used in Old Commits

Go to one of your old commits (where contribution disappeared).

Open a commit → click on the commit → check:

Author: Name <email@example.com>

Make sure that email is EXACTLY:

pranavshilu1811@gmail.com

Check carefully for:

• Extra spaces
• Typo
• Capital letters difference
• Old no-reply email
• Different Gmail variation (like with dots)

Even a tiny mismatch breaks attribution.
