It sounds like you’re experiencing a redirect loop when trying to claim benefits from the GitHub Student Developer Pack. This usually happens when GitHub can’t verify your student status or the connection to the partner site (like Namecheap) isn’t completing correctly. Here’s how to fix it: 🔹 1. Make sure your GitHub Student Pack is activated Before you try links like Namecheap: Go to https://education.github.com/pack Confirm you see “Student Developer Pack – Verified” If you see a button to verify your student status, complete that first. Sometimes offers won’t work until your status changes from pending → verified. 🔹 2. Use an official verified email Your GitHub account should use: Your school/university email (e.g., .edu, .ac, etc.) A school verification document (ID, transcript, etc.) If your account isn’t properly verified, GitHub blocks partner access. To check: Settings → Emails Make sure the school email is verified 🔹 3. Try a different browser or clear cache Redirect loops often happen because of cookies/cache. Try: Incognito mode Another browser Clear cookies for github.com and partner domains 🔹 4. Make sure popups are allowed Some offer pages open in a popup window. Enable popups for: education.github.com Partner domain (e.g., namecheap) 🔹 5. If it still doesn’t work → Contact support GitHub Student Pack support can fix verification or offer access issues: 🔗 https://education.github.com/feedback Write: Subject: Student Pack Offer Access Issue |

Hi everyone,
When I click to the link "Get access by connecting your GitHub account on Namecheap" link on "https://education.github.com/pack" page, I redirected to the current same page. This issue is not only on namecheap but also others offer.
