Faculty Benefits Not Approved

Hi everyone,

I've tried many times after following what they said, but my application is continually rejected.

It says the name doesn't match or is not visible in the documents - it's literally right there. One time I even pointed to it.

I've provided everything they asked for during the application, and then they email asking me to upload exactly what I had already provided which includes literally everything they asked for again when re-submitting an application.

I honestly don't know what to do next.
