Every time I start a new agent chat and assign a task to gpt-5.3-codex, it responds with a to-do list (which is normal), but also includes Chinese advertisements. At first, I ignored them, but about 10 minutes ago, while I was giving a presentation to my team, the model generated explicit 18+ sexual ads in Chinese. This made me feel very embarrassed.
