I keep seeing that my codespace has unpushed/uncommited changes, even though I just pushed

This started recently. For example, I just committed all my changes and pushed them, yet when I go to my Codespaces list, even after a force refresh of Chrome, I'm still seeing:
This codespace has uncommitted changes

I'm 100% sure there's nothing to commit.

It used to work properly up until 2-3 days ago.
