Cannot view issues on mobile (ios 15)

This is all I see whenever opening an issue from, say, the notifications tab. Sometimes it will briefly load the title of the issue before showing me this screen.

This has been the case for at least a month, I don't remember the exact date when I started using this phone again but I know that this issue has been present since then.

Try these quick fixes:
​Update: Ensure the app is on the latest version.
​Clear Cache: Go to App Settings > Storage > Clear Cache.
​Relogin: Log out and log back into your account.
​Web Check: See if the same issue opens correctly in your mobile browser to rule out account-level errors
