Only get notifications for one thread of a Discussion

When I leave an "answer" on a Discussion, I start getting flooded with comments on other answers. This is a really bad scene when the "Question" is actually a GitHub user-feedback link that's shown to thousands of users.

I'd like a way to subscribe only to the threads I'm active in and not to the entire Discussion post overall.
