Unable to apply for GitHub Education

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply to GitHub Education as student, however there is a major issue when I try uploading proof which got me 3 submissions rejected.

I selected transcript as proof type, aside from the fact it forces me to take a picture effectively preventing me from submitting a clear image, it also takes extremely blurry pictures. I verified my billing details and school e-mail but i still get rejected. I can't even conctact support because the category is disabled.
