Documentation discrepancy?

The documentation at Managing Protected Branches clearly states that I can have a branch protection on "main" that protects against force pushes.

Protected branches are available in public repositories with GitHub Free and GitHub Free for organizations. Protected branches are also available in public and private repositories with GitHub Pro, GitHub Team, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and GitHub Enterprise Server. For more information

As such I am confused. I want to protect myself from being stupid. This is a Pro subscription without teams.
