Insight of Optimum utilization of Github

As I tried my best effort of all my amateur knowledge and hunger to be part of today's Ai and software paced world and used my idea to buolt an Application.
However maybe of my low knowledge of utilisation and also lack of research on my project work, i am stuck on with an incomplete outcome of the project.
Hence, If I can get a perfect roadmap for completion of the App Development project, with having this highly professional of this field in Github community.
