Issue Adding University Email to GitHub Account

Hello

I’m writing to report an issue I encountered while trying to add my university email address to my GitHub account.

When I enter my university email address xxxxxxx@univ_blida.dz in the “Add email address” field within my account’s Email settings, I receive an error message stating:

“Please enter an email address.”

It seems the system does not recognize my email format as valid, even though it is correct and functional. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

Could you please assist in resolving this so I can add my university email to my GitHub account? Let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

I changed the domain to univ-blida.dz from univ_blida.dz, and it worked
