Keep "Generating Edits", but Not Working At All

Whenever copilot starts working on certain file (in my case, index.tsx), it will show as "generating edits" but is actually not working on a line of codes at all. I tried switching different models and starting new conversations over, going over other files first. But whenever copilot starts working on this file, it turns out to stop working like the same.
