Hi there,
Our company is on the Free GitHub plan but we have an add-on subscription for GitHub Copilot Business, which we purchased directly through GitHub. We have been charged for the Copilot Business subscription; however, no invoice was sent to our billing email, nor is any invoice available under the Payment History in either our organization account or my personal account.
I submitted a support ticket two weeks ago but have not received any response. We urgently need the invoice for our accounting records. Could you advise what steps we should take, or assist us in obtaining the invoice?
