My application for the Student Developer Pack has been Denied twice (Submitted 5 days ago and 2 days ago), as shown on my GitHub dashboard. I am a currently enrolled student at [Shorouk Academy, Computer Science Department. ]. I have checked and corrected my account information: My full legal name in the GitHub billing information now matches the name on my academic documents. The documents uploaded (e.g., Student ID/Transcript) are clear and show a current enrollment date. Problem: Despite the denial, I am still facing an issue when trying to reapply, as I am redirected to the pricing page. Since individual manual reviews are no longer available via direct support tickets, could a staff member review my situation and advise me on the specific reason for denial (e.g., issue with the document date, clarity, or format) so I can successfully reapply? Hi @mhmoud33345,

I recommend you translate your academic proof from Arabic to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.
