We recently started seeing this in various pull requests in our repo. What does it mean? The "parent" pull request is for a different branch and was closed some time ago.

The Parent badge appears if a PR's base branch is the head branch of another PR. We'll investigate how we can avoid showing it in cases when there's no real association between the PRs.
