How to renew Github Education and Copilot following the expiry and renewal of my Student Card?

Hi everyone,

My student card which I originally used to apply for Github Education and Copilot Pro expired on July 2025. I have since renewed my student card til December 2025.

Thus, I have lost access to Copilot Pro and only able to use Copilot free. How can I regain access back to Copilot Pro, since I am still eligible as a student in a university.

Note: Github still says I have 'current student coupon applied.'

Hi @OliverWidjaja,

GitHub Education benefits last for 2 years from the date of approval. To check the expiration date, go to the payment information settings, under "Coupon".

Considering that you still seem to have access to your benefits, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Worked for me, I got an email saying my access is expiring the day before the email was sent and instantly lost access but got it back when I clicked the sign up link.
